3. Road Safety, Speed & Vibration Damper Disclaimer

Motorcycle Riding & Installation Safety Notice: Operating a motorcycle carries inherent physical hazards. Riders are strictly responsible for the secure tightening, alignment, and torque verification of all handlebar accessories, phone cradles, and bar-end mirrors prior to every ride. Never adjust phone mounts or mirrors while the motorcycle is in motion. Phone Camera Sensor Warning: High-frequency engine and chassis vibrations inherent to single-cylinder and high-revving multicylinder motorcycles can damage optical image stabilization (OIS) systems in smartphones; our vibration dampeners are designed to significantly mitigate, but do not guarantee 100% elimination of, all mechanical resonance. Theft Prevention Notice: Disc locks serve as visual and audible theft deterrents; always attach the high-visibility reminder coil to your throttle to prevent attempting to ride off with the lock engaged on the brake rotor. Zito Moto is not liable for traffic accidents, speeding citations, vehicle damage, brake rotor warping, stolen motorcycles, or smartphone sensor malfunctions resulting from mechanical resonance or improper accessory installation.
